We have to make a premise. Children should be property of the State: from the moment you are born until you stop studying you should be financially looked after by the State.                                        The State should have the best music and art teachers, the best mathematicians, it should make every possible effort to teach the future of the country, to reach the point of teaching
excellence. The quality of the State depends on this. That’s all.

Bisogna fare una premessa.I bambini dovrebbero essere proprietà dello Stato:
da quando nasci finché smetti di studiare sei in
pensione dallo Stato. Lo Stato dovrebbe avere, in
tutto, i migliori maestri di musica, di pittura, i migliori
matematici, dovrebbe fare ogni miglior possibile
sforzo per insegnare il futuro del paese, per arrivare
a insegnare l‘eccellenza. Da questo dipende la
qualità dello Stato. Tutto qua.
