Lo Stato dovrebbe avere, in<br \/>\ntutto, i migliori maestri di musica, di pittura, i migliori<br \/>\nmatematici, dovrebbe fare ogni miglior possibile<br \/>\nsforzo per insegnare il futuro del paese, per arrivare<br \/>\na insegnare l\u2018eccellenza. Da questo dipende la<br \/>\nqualit\u00e0 dello Stato.
