ARTIGIANO CONTEMPORANEO 2015 ON THE OCCASION OF PITTI UOMO 87<\/strong><\/p>\n

The collaboration between CNA Comunicazione, T.A. Toscana and CNA Federmoda Toscana, has given rise to the Artigiano Contemporaneo<\/strong> (Contemporary Craftsmanship) initiative \u2013 a collective brand of hand-crafted Italian-made fashion \u2013 on the occasion of Pitti Uomo 87.<\/p>\n

Il racconto dell’arte e dell’artigianato in tutte le sue forme espressive (The story of art and craftsmanship in all its expressive forms) is the title of the initiative, which will feature famous photographer Oliviero Toscani<\/strong> \u2013 in an encounter organised on Tuesday 13 January at 19.00, at the Florence Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) \u2013 celebrating the beauty of Italian craftsmanship through photography.<\/p>\n

“There are no shocking pictures, only shocking reality”, says Toscani, who sees photography as the historical memory of society. “A good photo must have socio-political content: any action that stops at aesthetics is mediocre. The only goal of art is to reveal the human condition.”<\/p>\n
